From Danielle, golfer:
What clubs would you recommend for a young female college student, age 19, 5'6", and a beginner?
PGA/LPGA TEACHING PROFESSIONAL RESPONSES:
California
"I am a PGA Golf Instructor in Palm Desert, California. I can assist you in finding the right stuff. I have a lot of connections in the Desert and I can help you find all that you need. There are a couple of really good places in town that have beginner clubs with excellent prices!"

Florida
"To Danielle, I recommend Agree made by Square 2. The cost for 8 irons and 4 woods (graphite shafts) should be around $350. This is a high quality set. Good Luck." - John Pallot, Teaching Professional
Florida
"I would recommend 5 clubs: a putter, pitching wedge, 7 iron, 5 iron and a 5 wood with ladies grip and shafts." - Sean Gorgone, Teaching Professional
South Carolina
"Danielle do not buy a set of clubs until you know how to use them. 80+ percent of experienced golfers do not have clubs that fit them and if you jump in without knowledge you just add to that percentage."

Utah
"Hi Danielle. Since you are a beginner and do not have a developed swing yet. You would probably be good to get a starter set with 8 irons and 3 woods bag putter. We sell starter sets for around $199 for the above. Some items are listed on our website or you can call us toll free and talk with me at my store. Look around and let me know if you need any other information. Thanks!"
