From Mark, golfer:
At the top of my back swing, my hands are located behind my body.  Can you
suggest any drills that will help me prevent this?
PGA/LPGA TEACHING PROFESSIONAL RESPONSES:
Florida
"Mark, I suspect your spine angle is too slight. If your spine is too close to vertical, your shoulders turn too flat. Your arms naturally go along for the ride and end up behind you as opposed to over your shoulder. You want to reach the ball by bending from the hips with only a slight flex in the knees. If the knees push against your pants legs, they're bent too much. With more spine angle, the shoulders will make a steeper turn carrying your arms and hands up and over your shoulders. As far as a drill; stand near enough to a wall so that your back swing is forced up over the shoulders. A few swings will give you the feel of where the club has to go. If your spine angle is in fact too slight, you may not need any drills once you correct it. Good luck!!" - John Brott, Teaching Professional
